Indigo Rein Midi Dress

Never wore this dress, the chest didn’t fit me right. Please see pictures where I tried to alter it the neckline to fit my smaller chest, it can be seam ripped if you need it to. There is also a small yellow stain to the inside lining around the neck. Backless. Has pockets. Halter top ties for an adjustable neck line. Can fit a small.
