Indigo Thread halter shift dress w/tie straps Lavender Size L

Indigo Thread halter dress with tie straps with lavender and blue tassles Lavender Size L 33” long Stock phots has no pleats, but dress has always naturally had pleats, even after washing. Can def steam them out if preferred. I think it is just from the way the material bunches at the top.
