Indigo and black lace Flowy dress

Beautiful indigo blue and lace top flared dress. Has a nice snug fit around the waist and beautiful lays on the hips. Bottom is very flowy and twirly like a princess dress. Lace on top is comfortable and not itchy. Front of dress is a curved neckline and back of lace has a v shape. Ends around the knee area for a person about 5’5.
