"Indulge" Summer Dress

Blue and white bohemian style dress. Fit and flare. Deep V front. Ruched back. Adjustable straps. Wide ruched waistband. Top is floral and bottom has vertical stripes and a bottom ruffle. Lined. I tried to get it to look good on my mannequin but it's not chesty enough. Measurements and fabric content in photos. #9
