Infant Cape/Shaw Puff Stitch Grandma core

I believe this to be an infant cape/shawl in a white puff stitch pattern. The Cape is white and has white silk like ribbons in three spots. One is at the neckline and the other two are to define where the arms go. This would be a beautiful cape to adorn the baby while at church, a christening, or many other dressy affairs. I believe this to be used but in excellent condition, something that could be saved and passed down. No tags, I believe this to be handmade.
