lizwendel I've been looking at this online, and found your listing. What are your thoughts on this? I got a knockoff from Aldi and it's terrible. A piece broke off almost immediately, and it was hard to unlatch to get it off.

tallchic_in_tx @lizwendel It worked for me. I lost about 1.5 inches off my waist and a little off my hips. I can't speak for anyone else for if it will work or not. I will say though, when you first start using it that it is a little awkward until you figure out the rhythm. it took me about a month, 3 times a week to get in my groove and then it was fun. I used it for about 8months. I am now doing more HITT. I didn't use the company videos but did look at youtubers. hope that helps!
