how wide is the flare on this skirt? is it a circle skirt?

@winsomejacobs It is a fit and flare cut. It flares out about 3-4 inches from my leg when worn from what I remember. (It’s too small for me now) The cut is similar to a circle skirt, since fabric is a cotton, it doesn’t exactly swish or swirl a LOT when you spin, but it has a nice circle skirt look and feel to it.
