hrhgrace Sorry! I’m not exactly sure but before I got pregnant I was a 25 too. I just looked their size chart up. Size 0 is 25 and size 2 is 26. I’ll upload a photo for you. These have some stretch to them, plus those inset gartered panels will make room. @gennab89
