@margaretmone They come in different sizes depending on where you are in your pregnancy. I used this band in the early stages of my pregnancy I was a size 4 pre-pregnancy and this is good for pre pregnancy up to size 8. If you need something bigger than a size 8 for pants then you need to go to size 2

Is this one super stretchy & thinner?? or more of a firm thick stretchy material? I had a. Couple different ones. Using them for after surgery not pregnancy….

@coco1023 it is a thin material and stretchy. I was 120 pounds and used it for about the first 5 months if my pregnancy if that helps.
