Ingwa Melero Black Moon Top Rhinestones Crochet

New with tags! This is a beautiful black silk sleeveless blouse by NYC designers, Ingwa; Melero! It is beautifully embellished with black crocheted straps that criss-cross at the back over a keyhole. The ribbon at the back ties into a pretty bow over the keyhole to cinch the waist and flatter the figure. The bust is accented by a crochet ribbon, under which there is a line of rhinestones.
