Ingwa Melero Ivory Burn Out Floral Beaded Top

New with tags! This is a beautiful silk beaded halter top by NYC designers, Ingwa; Melero. It has a beaded v-neck and straps that meets behind the neck, ending in silk cords that meet in the middle of the back and go through loops which allows the bust to be tightened or loosened as needed. I bought it as a floor sample directly from the flagship store, so it does not have a size tag sewn in, but is shown on the hang-tag, and was sold to me as a small.
