Ingwa Melero Teal Chiffon Silk Halter Dress

New with tags! This is a lovely multi-color chiffon silk dress by NYC designers, Ingwa; Melero. It has a flirty neckline, softly contrasting charmeuse silk halter straps that tie behind the neck, and a silk lined bust. It is made in the USA with 100% silk, and has a 95% silk and 5% lycra lining. It measures 27" long from the top of the bust (excluding straps), and 15" across the top. Mannequin best wears a size two and this was a little large on her in the bust and sides of the bust.
