Initial Fascination Western Pinstripe Wool Skirt With Concho Buttons Small

Pinstripe a line skirt. Tag shows large but actually is more true to a small. Laying flat measures 14" in the waist, 18.5" in the hips, and 30.5" long. Features a silky lining, zipper on the side, and open hem in the front. Please note it looks like a piece of maybe a belt has been cut off the top but could still be worn with a shirt. This could even have been a costume perhaps. All of my items are cross posted, and I am always happy to take additional pictures or answer any questions.
