Innocent World Shirring OP Blue & White Polka Dot Fully Lined Dress

GUC is a beautiful blue and white polka dot short sleeve dress by Innocent World. I used this for a Little Bo Peep Costume last year and have the bloomers, apron, hat, thigh socks, nylons, curves staff for sale as well. I didn’t include accessories with dress because the blues are slightly off (I didn’t care) and dress can be used for multiple things. Manufacture date of this style dress was 2007. This is full lined Elastic around neckline & sleeves Empire shirring at waist Tiered ruffles Pull on style There are small buttons on the side of the waist that was for a thin belt to attach—this is not included and to be honest doesn’t need it. No size tag but I wear a 10-12 and fits great. I would say size L would fit best. Chest 19” Empire Waist 12.5” unstretched Length 35.5”
