Inoah Cowl Neck Asymmetrical Cape Sweater size OS. I don't know how to measure a cape, but I am a XL/1X woman and it fits me great. It would look just as good on someone smaller. It has buttons up one sleeve to the cowl neck, and that sleeve is closed down the side to the hem, but the other side is open. Very unique piece, and great graphics. It's like wearable art. Super soft like a blanket.
