Insane Gothic(ish) velvet jacket

Black velvety jacket with braided trim and two faux pockets in front. It looks to be handmade very well - was perhaps a costume piece once. Hits around the upper thigh - pictured with a short dress. Unlined, no tag; the fabric feels like a poly blend, and fits like a size small. Flaws: A few random wear spots; the most noticeable one is pointed out in the last photo. Amazing find!
