This is an upcycle by The charmed child. Please look at measurements as it is custom made. This can be used as a tunic or dress depends on height of ur little girl. 24 L and 12 armpit to armpit yes it has stretch. Worn 1x to school and washed cold laid flat to dry. No cracking on characters. VGUC due to cotton immediately shows the slightest w/w. but this is very topical. From my smoke and pet-free clean home.
