InspireMe black & white polka dot dress with lace

This black and white polka dot dress with lace waist and black tie back is just so cute and bouncy. The slight layer of tulle at the bottom brings out the dress just enough to add to the bounce look, but not enough to be able to tell its there or appear poofy.
