Beautiful leopard print high low dress with short ruffle sleeves, V neck with cascading ruffle sashes down the front and elastic waistband. Hem has 2 layers of tiered ruffles. Garment has been hand washed and comes from a nonsmoking pet-friendly home. The hem around the chest is coming loose in 2 parts, see last 2 photos. Otherwise good condition.
