cassigraf Do you have any one piece swimsuits for swim practices, and I have a swim related question but do you wear your suits under clothes while driving in the car to your meets or practices eliminating having to change, just jump into warmups, just curious what other swimmers do and if it works.

cassigraf @lanabrookesmith oh ok, I just started swimming so want to know what other swimmers do for there routines and what works, do you normally just drive back home in the car wearing the suit after practice and change/shower once there making it easier how do you prevent the car seats from getting wet too.

lanabrookesmith @cassigraf Sometimes I change especially if I have dryland workouts after water practice, but most of the time I leave my suit on. I would just put a dry towel on my seat so it won’t get wet.

cassigraf @lanabrookesmith Really, and that’s not uncomfortable? Dont your seats get wet or stained from the chlorine as well,So in other words riding in the car with the one piece still on people do that I just started swimming so don’t know what to expect so I apologize

lanabrookesmith @cassigraf No apologies necessary! It is a tad uncomfortable but I like showering at my house better, it eliminates the possibility of me accidentally leaving something at home like clothing, shower shoes, or shampoo. My seats are leather but I haven’t noticed any discoloration because of chlorine so far. This might be because I dry off and put on either shorts or sweatpants for the drive home.

cassigraf @lanabrookesmith Gotcha, Like you never drove in just a one piece suit when it was summer of course thinking about it I might do it like that when it’s warmer just self conscious at times afraid people would give me weird looks or stares haha, did you ever?
