Intake hand seen summer skirt. High quality cotton. Lightweight/great cut

I absolutely love this vintage hand made one only existing skirt. I had to cinch it to wear it because it is too big for me on the waist. So this would fit a size 4 the way it fit in the photo. I don’t want to get it altered because it’s just so gorgeously designed that I would prefer someone to enjoy it as is :) colors blue white red
