I wish I could figure figure out the best way to explain this dress. It is not meant for every body type. If you’re really tiny with super large breasts, this will probably fit you the best. It has a very deep, plunging front neckline the back is open. There are three buttons at the top to bottom the dress and the zipper at the skirt. The sleeves are super cool with lots of layers of tulle. The dress is 31 inches from top to bottom. At the waist while laying flat the dress is 13 inches.
