Interesting antique silver tone/ pewter?? Cuff Sz sm- med

I’ve gotten several non expert opinions lol on this! From Native American; Victorian; Egyptian and one antique Amish!.. I ruled that one out bd side I don’t believe Amish wear ANY JEWELRY!! Any more opinions?? It’s old I know thst and just something about it is very cool and unique! I have a large wrist and I’d have to stretch it out to wear it so I don’t want to do thst
