This dress is gorgeous! The material is silk and a luxurious red color. The dress comes with a high collar and deep V cuts in the front and back. There are also slits up the side (as shown in the photo) to reveal this leg. It also ties in the middle to emphasize the waist and give great shape. This dress does an amazing job of being super sexy with the cutout, but is not too revealing. Would be perfect for a date or party! NWT, never been worn, Size 0.

annareid961 @allisonedwar476 hi Allison, sorry for the delayed reply! I was out on vacation 🙂 this dress measures 13 inches across at the waist when laid flat, but there is also a sash at the waist that is tied in the back, so it will fit no matter what pretty much.
