This chic tiger print dress by International Concepts features a black beaded collar and halter style neckline. The back has a teardrop slit from top of zipper to neck. Fully lined. Black/Cream. Hidden zipper. Small pick on right bust (see photo). Material - 97% cotton 3% spandex Bust - 32" Length - 35.5" Good used condition I need to clear out my closet.
