If you are petite you can get away wearing this as a dress....... because of the way this skirt is tiered- it adds extra volume especially underneath another piece The color is a cool neutral taupe brown, metallic sheen on the floral embellishments in the skirts It has a special non slip edge to be worn strapless length is 26” (w/out straps), straps add4-8” I found it!
