Ira Soleil lace chiffon high-low dress/kurti

High-low dress/kurti in mustard-ish-gold color, lace sleeves and yoke, poly chiffon skirt. Can be worn with leggings as a kurti or on its own as a dress.Garment measure about 48" from shoulder to bottom hem. Elastic at the waist, giving some stretch. Brand new, never worn, but I no longer have the tags.
