It was really hard to get the color of the stones accurate and also not grainy. These are amazingly beautiful! Irene Neuwirth uses only the very best gemstones and materials in her jewelry. All of these stones are perfectly matched in size and color. They are set in a scalloped coin edge setting of thick 18k rose gold. The backs are solid 18k rose gold and measure a huge 9mm so they sit properly on your ear. Notice how each level is “hinged” not “frozen” to give movement to the earring. This helps the light hit it so that it brings out the colors of the Labradorite which in turn lights up your face. These have been retired.
