Amazing vase with a unique design featuring a glamorous face with a wide pink hat painted black lashes and earrings. Irice, is the brand name used by Irving W. Rice & Co. Inc., company based in New York during the mid- 20th century. Can be used to hold flowers, makeup brushes, or simply as a decorative piece. Very good condition with no chips or cracks.
