Iridescent Black and Red Criss Cross Back by All That Jazz, Formal Dress, 11/12

Iridescent, shimmery black and red criss cross back formal dress. It is not sequins that flip and change color. The fabric is sheer double colored, depending on angle you view it. Looks black at one angle and red at another angle. Fitted bodice with wide straps that cross in the back. A little stretchy and very figure flattering. It is tea length on 5'7". But if you are short, it will probably come to the floor. The measure to the hem started at the seam just under the arm. Vintage late 90s. Excellent used condition. No flaws or wear. It was worn one time to accept an award at a banquet and in storage ever since. Even though this dress is from the 90s, it is timeless. There is nothing dated about it.
