Iridescent Blue gown with jacket

Blue satin sleeveless gown with over jacket. Jacket has see through sleeves with satin lapel and cuffs. Rhinestone clasp on jacket. Gown was hemmed for 5 foot 3 inch tall woman. Gown has a snag approximately 4 inches long on front, see photos; this accounts for low price.
