@anniestallings that’s what I was thinking. I mean I would have noticed on my own earrings for sure and i zoomed all the way in your pictures to see if they were tarnished before I even commented. I always do that and they looked amazing. So that’s why I am assuming in the mail. I let Poshmark know that I looked at your pictures well and assumed it was in the mail, not sure exactly what will happen. I never been through this before.

@withloverosa that makes me so sad!! I’m not sure where you’re from and if there is a store near you, but I feel like Kendra Scott would totally be willing to replace it for free? They have amazing customer service! I know lululemon replaces leggings or shorts if anything happens to them.. ugh I’m so sorry that stinks!!!

@anniestallings I live in Texas city. Their is a kendra Scott close by, but they don’t carry this color anymore 😭😭 you think they’ll let me trade for another color?? And I’ll cancel my thing with poshmark. Dang I feel bad I should have asked you first. I didn’t know kendra does that.

@anniestallings update on the earrings!!! So KS wasn’t able to help me , BUT my friends works at KS and she was nice enough to give me her stone from her rayne necklace & switched it for the cracked one!! She said she didn’t mind because she hardly wears that necklace :) so I’m happy now!
