212shopgirl @kambam25 this is fitted. The straps do not adjust. This can easily be strapless if you remove/hide straps. It’s very well made & very high quality.

212shopgirl There is no inside tag other then Hartley. It’s an iridescent purplish color. I think it’s a moire type fabric. The bustier has boning and dress is fully lined. If you look up the store Hartly in Westwood, NJ you will are they only sell high end designer and there own brand.
