Iridescent periwinkle high waisted Y2K skirt

This is a really cool piece that I've never seen anything quite like. Very Y2K and something I wish I had worn to some formal dance with butterfly clips and thick glitter on my eyelids. It's pretty form fitting and zips up the back + a clasp at the top. There are some cool pleats, an inner lining layer and a slit in the back so you can move. The slit has a few stitches coming out but can be fixed. Not sure if it's handmade or not but there isn't a size on it. There's a minor little stain on the back bottom of the dress. I got more of it out since photographing it. That and the slightly coming out back slit are the flaws that I know of.
