Iridescent white hoco/party dress, cute cross back, and dangly sequence on chest

I loved this dress so much and was so pretty. I wore this twice and has no damage. Dress is white with iridescent sequence, cute cross over back, flowy cute sequence by chest and was very comfortable! We put in some padding on the chest but can easily be taken out if not wanted.Was made at a local shop near by so was a bit pricey.
