The dress is new with tags but it does has two small holes in the mesh (top layer) they are a few inches from the bottom. You could cut that layer a few inches to remove the holes or maybe a seamstress can repair but otherwise it is in great condition. It is called first communion dress but it comes off as a great flower girl dress as well. Originally $110
