Gorgeous solo dress worn by petite U13 year old. Very small measurements. Dress can be tailored to be smaller, but there’s very little material to let out. 28” from nape of neck to bottom. 11” shoulder width. 22.5” waist 25” hip where skirt fans out 16.5” from underarm to end of sleeve 24” chest Beautiful teal green, bright white, black outlines, crystal and sequins, bright yellow underskirt. Great condition. A few stains visible on inside of dress, likely can be cleaned; seller hasn’t tried.
