Isaac Hazan black long skirt w/ slits sz 10 poly

This is a gently used Isaac Hazan black long skirt with a sparlky black/silver stripe. It doesn’t have a waistband. 8” zipper in the back. It is size 10. Made of 100% polyester and made in the USA. The waist measures 29”. Length is 35” and the slit on both sides measure 18”.
