Isabel Blue Maternity Bodycon Dress Cutout Front Halter Tie Strap Size Large

Blue maternity midi dress with a front cutout by Isabel. It has a top band with a cutout just below the bust. The top band has ruching in the middle that can be adjusted by the tie strings and a sticky strip band along the top front. The bottom of the cutout (or top of the skirt portion) has an elastic band. This dress is a strapless style but it has thin spaghetti strap halter ties that originate from the center front. There is flattering ruching on the sides, a bottom side slit on the left side, and a horizontal seam down the center of the back. It is NEW, with tags. One plastic hanger string is broken and tied back together. Size LARGE. It is made of 57% cotton, 38% polyester, and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron. Measurements: 37" long, measuring along the side seam 16" wide, laying flat, laying across top of front 21" wide, laying flat, measuring 16" down from top of side seam
