Navy knit short sleeve dress with blue felt flowers around the collar by luxury Chilean children’s brand Isabel Garreton. Buttons up the back. Lined. Some loose yarn in the flowers and some pilling throughout, but still very cute. Note that the flower covering the top button is not supposed to be fully attached; it lifts up so you can button/unbutton. Size 9 months. Made in Chile. Perfect for fall!
