Isabel Garreton girls vintage 1990s white adorable dress. Hand smocked elastic upper with floral pink and green embroidery. Pink embroidered trim at short puff sleeves and at Peter Pan collar. Flared tulle under layer skirt. Back hidden button closure. Back waist tie belt. Polyester and cotton. 2 tiny marks at front and one tiny mark at back, could use a gentle hand washing.
