Isabel Marant Etoile 36 silk blouse

Yellow and Navy silk blouse with florals and stems. Body has a viscose layer while sleeves are just the silk fabric unlined. Top has back slit at neck with button closure. Left shoulder has an asymmetrical pleating, rouging of material. I would think a small would fit in this. It is tagged as a 36. Please see pictures for measurements and details.
