New with tag but missing spaghetti strap because it’s removable, it has buttons to secure it but this item doesn’t have it. Discounted because of this flaw. If you can sew, you can add a spaghetti strap or wear it as strapless as this has elastic along the neck bust line. Measurements are approximates only.
