Insanely cool Isabel Marant Tiered crinkled ruffle mini skirt. 100% Polyester. Designer size 0 which translates to an XS. Very stretchy. Waist 26. Hips 29. Length 15. Incredibly rare style. Elastic waistband recently replaced. When it was re-sewn a small section was left unstitched. It's not a hole. It's just a small gap in the fabric and not noticeable when worn.
