Isabel black and cream short flirty dress, size Medium

Open-collar button-front short dress with cap sleeves. Adorable retro hats printed in cream on black. Rayon - label says to dry clean but I've hand-washed it in the past and it was fine. About 33" long. Good for travel as it's naturally crinkled. Medium size, about a 10.
