Isle by Melis Kozan (PRICEY BRAND!) Polka dot mini dress with ruffles is a size Small. Soft fabric with a bit of stretch features a scoop neck and three quarter sleeves. Hangs well. This dress is timeless, but trendy. Great little dress for doing the Cha Cha!
