Isobella & Chloe 12M Purple Velvet Party Dress

Isobella & Chloe 12M party dress that has velvet on top and 3 layers of velvet striped shiny skirt on bottom. The flower on the top breast is permanently attached and it has a velvet tie in the back. It comes with a free matching stretchy headband with 3 layers of fabric and then a velvet flower and rhinestone center. My niece wore this in a photo studio for her birthday pictures for about 30 minutes and that is all. It is in pristine condition. This is a show stopper!!! Smoke & pet free home.
