Isobella & Chloe formal dress

Toddler's size 8 formal dress in all black. Zipper in the back, lining underneath. Velvet straps lined by a row of sequins above the waistline (swipe to see close up). The dress has a pattern of velvet flower petals and dots stamped on a shimmery midnight blue fabric (swipe to see close up). The dress is darker in person than in the pictures. Velvet lining on the waist where a bow can be tied with the two straps attached. The hemline is ruched velvet. In great condition - only worn once. Dress and lining 100% polyester 100% nylon 25 in across Dry clean only
