This is a gorgeous silk tunic/dress by the London-based designer Issa. The kimono-style tunic has wide sleeves and a self-tied sash at the front. The dress pulls on and zips at the waist at the front. The zipper is hidden by the sash which is attached and not removable.
This would be a mini dress if you are on the shorter side and a tunic to wear over pants or shorts if you are taller. It has a deep v-neck and is lined.

@christmaszorro it definitely fits like a 4 more than a 6. the tie makes it possible to make it fit more like a 2 i believe but i would encourage you to make your own judgememt as it is hard to say for sure without the possibility to have you try it on first.
