This is an extremely beautiful cotton fully lined A line dress. It has shades of cornflower blue on white background. It is plaid. It has cap sleeves and a tie belt with invisible belt loops. lois693 @mintyannabella good morning. Please forgive the delay in responding to you. However the bust measurement is approximately 42-44” and the waist approximately 35”. That’s with me measuring the item on flat surface with measuring tape. I hope this helps. Once again please forgive the delay. Dee
